Beautiful arrangement! Similar to what was pictured. However, enclosed card said what we wanted it to say, but names of who sent it were left off. Recipient had no idea who sent it… she posted on FB and someone who was aware I sent the flowers contacted me and I called the recipient. Delivered by individual in private vehicle. Couldn’t track it. Suggest card come in envelope that can be stamped with business info to provide contact point. Called shop and when girl realized there was an issue, her English failed. Then went to get someone and she came back and hung up the phone disconnecting me. I called back and went straight to voicemail…. Correct those glitches and earn 5 star review. Hiccups aside, I will say the arrangement was beautiful. Lovely work.
